TraceLink is still at the start-up growth stage and there are teething issues to overcome. Strong leadership is important to overcome the teething issues in order to go public in 1-2 years.

The access to senior management to help resolve customer's issues in order to close a deal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The On Target Earnings (OTE) split should be 60/40 that is in line with most sales organizations.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I close a sales and I know that my customers will benefit from the service they have bought.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In this pandemic, they do ensure that we are ok and coping well. The company has also provided WFH support and cash benefit which is a good surprise.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The technical support team is lagged in responding and often I have to chase up for a simple task. Internal meetings tend to overrun and takes a long time to discuss without a proper agenda.
