So far, it has been great. I cannot say enough how friendly people are to each other and that makes such a big difference. I have received plenty of flexibility with my schedule to manage my workload, kids, doctor's appointments, etc. Deadlines are realistic and conversations are respectful.

Working on a fun project, have a great team to share ideas with.

I've only been here a few weeks, but seem driven and continue to work to improve the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, being new I'm not sure of all we do, but it's been great to see the ways the company gives back to communities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus rate here is higher than my past jobs, shares program. I do not use TraceLink health insurance as it was a little higher than my husbands plan.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so friendly, helps and support each other, really seem to care about each other. It's great to work with a group that can talk equally about work and personal lives.
