There are many opportuntities for Tracelink to be a great company and not just a good one. lately, i have seen that leadership and management are making some efforts towards getting there.

Not sure, benefits are almost non existing.

very skilled and technically equipped.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the company has non existant Training and Development team. Also, a lot of trainings are made availble only to senior level folks
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most US folks need to spend time to learn about cultural diferences outside the borders. As the company is now growing in every region, its very imperative
