Initial years was fantastic. Of late the new middle management does not see ths same vision. People who do not share the same values or vision are brought in and made managers in name of growth. The results can be seen in the turnover and number of key people leaving.

Recognition for the hard work done. Appropriate compensation.

Vision, sharp focus and execution.

Talented young team, creative in working with sparse resources and gets things done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No promotion for 5 plus years even after performance. New folks get promoted and are put in charge. Seems very haphazard.
