I believe in new OPUS platform. But when people micromanage, it adds negative impact on ground level teams. There's a lot of office politics. Managers are being pressured and they end up micromanaging and no approving the leaves. Unlimited PTO policy is a myth. Hire more and retain to share workload

Summer outings were fun, but with covid I don't see that happening in near future

Revise the base pay. Would appreciate if the rewards (money based) are given for extra work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Retain employees, don't let talent go out. Reward folks for extra work over the weekend or on call work Only promote people to managerial role if they satisfy the experience and are people's person. Most of the first time managers lacks skills Set realistic and achievable deadlines
