So far it has been an excellent experience. There are certain areas of improvement but then the positives far outweigh the negatives. manager and the leadership are very supportive of the employees which is a big deal according to me.

Knowledgeable and hard working. Most of them are willing to walk the extra mile when required without any doubts

The flexibility that the company offers is very good. It promotes a good work culture. Supportive managers are excellent as well

They are focused and know the way forward which is very important for success. Adding to it they value people as well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries are much higher in the market and many other organizations are offering much better salaries. While Tracelink is not a bad paymaster in any sense but it surely has a scope for improvement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They value people and my manager is very supportive. The company completely understand personal space and does not make you work over hours. They respect personal life and encourage employees to take time off as and when required and its voluntary to attend calls after your work hours
