Good people they just havent been paid either.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The good people you meet at the jobsites. However this conpany screws over the good people. Theres no checks and balances.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Maybe actually give interviews. I was sent to the job for 3 days before i even got hired on board. Extremely unprofessional.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I actually received compensation. They are asking me to go back to work Monday but havent paid me for ovet 85 hours from the last two weeks of work. Im not the only employee unpaid either we are all coming together to get our compensation. Luckily I have an attorney in the family to help me .
