The recruiters and agents only care for their pockets. They do not have your best interest in mind and always side with the employer even when guven evidence. They attempt to keep wages unless you ask for them.

No vacation
No PTO of any kind, No vacation at all, no matter how long you work your ass off for them . You might have an HR wage, say $22 an HR, the other $10-$20 an HR per their contract with the company you go to work for, goes into your "agents" pocket. He/she gets PTO, AND PD VACATION. YOU DONT.
