What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always at least trying to be better.
They were easy to communicate with and friendly, and listen to all my concern or they would give me some good advice and guidance. I like working with pretty much all of the respresentives and leadership.
Progressive, positive, helpful and determined.
Motivation or just call the guys and check in on them
Communication is difficult at times
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They do not take any sort of feedback and retaliate, and do not accommodate to learning styles, and discriminate against age and experience.
Replacing system management team and recruiters
Everything working harder, being on time and keeping it professional.
Communication and having integrity when working with ALL humans no matter color or religion!

COMMUNICATION!? I haven't spoken to anyone from tradesmen in over a year!! Every time I call and try to ask about hr they all all weird and funny like it doesn't exist

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything it is a good thing
401k and free osha training
They just up-Ed the 401 k match

Getting my tasks done ahead of schedule

Being able to get hands on actual work at hand and not being put on the sideline due to hiearchy.
When the project is well oranganized by the client, the client understands the depth of the work and materials, and organizing the task.
The many options and workforce. I have many skills and tradesmen has all the jobs to apoint me to a position if available.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Focus on putting tools in hands of recruiting to allow them to do their job more effectively. Pay people fairly this way more folks will care about success not just use it as a talking point.
There never no work and they do not pay employees properly based off the trade work being performed

Staff need to be waaaay more professional and take care of business pertaining tradesmen employees.
The company promotes competive work enviroments, when it should promote a more colanorative effort.
The office employees are never there to answer the questions I need and the manager didn't inform me how many hours I needed for health insurance
