I have always been misinformed since I was hired there usually isn't much help that can be done because everyone is out of the office or busy. I have lost my health insurance availability due to the Manger of the office not ever informing me how many hours I need to qualify for health benefits.

To have health benefits so I can get my wife her needed medical attention.

That the other company that's isn't tradesman international actually cares more about me than my own company does.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The office employees are never there to answer the questions I need and the manager didn't inform me how many hours I needed for health insurance
