consistency and providing effective team work

providing leadership and appropriate training and the promissed supporrt to be there when needed

be more honest about what the position entails and what the environment would be like

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

to be paid the appropriate wage as others in the same field, for the benefits actually help in paying for medical and dental when all charges are denied on emergency basis causing extremely large bills, the medical coverage is terrible

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I am a work at home agent, there was promissed support that is not there. When you need assistance and you are on a live call, waiting 45 mins for an answer is not reasonable. The rules change by the day and you are never told the same thing twice. It is very inconsistent and stressful
