Very good to their employees

If you value your mental health don't work in the Plano office. The manager there is absolutely awful and you WILL regret it.

Everybody is passionate about their work

The work is amazing and i have fallen in live with ny job. But due to managers with poor social and leadership skills, i fear i have developed a depressed and hateful view on the job. Ive been there for almost four years dealing woth the sane stuff every day. And it has finally gotten old.

The day supervisor is horrible, she is rude with employees specially with her hispanic people. Bad job, low pay, toxic enviroment, uncaring of employees. Management is lost, supervisors need a human quality course, I don't recomend work there. Worse experience ever in a job.

Excellent communication with the team.

Foreman and Project manager that i have are horrible. But every experience ive had with higher ip managment and other managers has been delightful.

Everyone works together and gets along

Everything, specially respect for others and human quakity.

Need to listen to people and not be so stuck up in their old ways

Too many leaders who like to play gotcha and not reward a job well done; toxic culture.

Pay me based on my job description and duties not arbitrary titles that do not match pay scale. Pay at minimum a median wage

We are being forced to work 7 days a week with no days off

Gives raises to those that do work and not to those that dont

Benefits keep being cut n

The pay is low for the amount of abuse you take from customers and the many low level managers

Overall, I enjoy working with the team. But one bad manager ruins it for all

For the most part, all of us do care about each other, and don't leave anyone stranded.

Punctual and every one is very affective.

my coworkers are nice and helpful, but they are not my friends.

They typically go off course quickly and 10 people are there wasting their time.

Communication and understanding are absent at my branch.

They are lazy and gossip all the time

The company culture is not cooperative or healthy. Supervisors are sneaky and co workers are nasty

the interviewer was very respectful

it really depends who is interviewing you. i got a really nice, understanding and east going manager. it all changed when he is now under a new manager above mines. political and ridiculous new management.

Stop making fun of candidates. Be professional.

Knowing that people around me have faith that I won't drop the ball, and that I have the experience and knowledge to do the job right. It is great to be trusted, and when needed, guided, but not micromanaged.

Workijg on complex systems makes me happy

No organization, no processes. Quality of product is poor and management dismiss it. As long as it can be sold in mass, no one cares

They need to purge the middle managers and encourage positive communication among coworkers. A cubicle environment encourages a cubicle every man for himself atmosphere
