What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that people around me have faith that I won't drop the ball, and that I have the experience and knowledge to do the job right. It is great to be trusted, and when needed, guided, but not micromanaged.
Workijg on complex systems makes me happy

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give full time employees days off!!!!!
No organization, no processes. Quality of product is poor and management dismiss it. As long as it can be sold in mass, no one cares
No idea how to fix
They need to purge the middle managers and encourage positive communication among coworkers. A cubicle environment encourages a cubicle every man for himself atmosphere
