What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Just a great place to work

Not much to be positive about.

Nothing, its very depressing and i dont recommend

Out team us very diverse and everyone gets along well.

Casual dress code and some flex

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Being supportive, provide adequate training, better communication, remove problematic management

Full time employees deserve days off to rest

Better technology and actually spend time on quality of product

The company culture is not cooperative or healthy. Supervisors are sneaky and co workers are nasty
