What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything, specially respect for others and human quakity.
Need to listen to people and not be so stuck up in their old ways
Too many leaders who like to play gotcha and not reward a job well done; toxic culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay me based on my job description and duties not arbitrary titles that do not match pay scale. Pay at minimum a median wage
We are being forced to work 7 days a week with no days off
Gives raises to those that do work and not to those that dont
Benefits keep being cut n
The pay is low for the amount of abuse you take from customers and the many low level managers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
my coworkers are nice and helpful, but they are not my friends.
They typically go off course quickly and 10 people are there wasting their time.
Communication and understanding are absent at my branch.
They are lazy and gossip all the time
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Being supportive, provide adequate training, better communication, remove problematic management
Full time employees deserve days off to rest
Better technology and actually spend time on quality of product
The company culture is not cooperative or healthy. Supervisors are sneaky and co workers are nasty
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Honesty with salary compensation and annual review process.

No organization, no processes. Quality of product is poor and management dismiss it. As long as it can be sold in mass, no one cares
They need to purge the middle managers and encourage positive communication among coworkers. A cubicle environment encourages a cubicle every man for himself atmosphere
