Pay me based on my job description and duties not arbitrary titles that do not match pay scale. Pay at minimum a median wage

We are being forced to work 7 days a week with no days off

Gives raises to those that do work and not to those that dont

Benefits keep being cut n

The pay is low for the amount of abuse you take from customers and the many low level managers

my coworkers are nice and helpful, but they are not my friends.

They typically go off course quickly and 10 people are there wasting their time.

Communication and understanding are absent at my branch.

They are lazy and gossip all the time

The company culture is not cooperative or healthy. Supervisors are sneaky and co workers are nasty

No organization, no processes. Quality of product is poor and management dismiss it. As long as it can be sold in mass, no one cares

They need to purge the middle managers and encourage positive communication among coworkers. A cubicle environment encourages a cubicle every man for himself atmosphere
