What do you like best about the leadership team?
Excellent communication with the team.
Foreman and Project manager that i have are horrible. But every experience ive had with higher ip managment and other managers has been delightful.
Everyone works together and gets along

We help one another out
For the most part, all of us do care about each other, and don't leave anyone stranded.
Punctual and every one is very affective.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just a great place to work
Not much to be positive about.
Nothing, its very depressing and i dont recommend

What did you like most about the interview process?
it really depends who is interviewing you. i got a really nice, understanding and east going manager. it all changed when he is now under a new manager above mines. political and ridiculous new management.
They were nice back then
Very straight forward and all questions were answered.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that people around me have faith that I won't drop the ball, and that I have the experience and knowledge to do the job right. It is great to be trusted, and when needed, guided, but not micromanaged.
Workijg on complex systems makes me happy
My schedule and pay are great for this job.
