- What are some of the best things about your team?we go to work in the worst of weather conditions, and the most difficult of emergencies time and time again, and keep doing it
- What do you like best about your company?Employment feels secure. I feel that if I do a good job there will always be a job for me. it also feels like the majority of employees are doing their best and want to be there.

- What would you most like to see improved at your company?We need to develop our people to improve our leadership and management competencies and recognise that these are two very different things.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Being the public sector, we don't get anything apart from our salary. While private sector companies look to provide additional perks to retain and engage employees, we have to pay for our own Christmas parties and morning teas. At times it feels stingy.
