Review from HR Dept
Salary is competitive and its great to own a piece of the company with stock options no matter what level you are.
Review from HR Dept
Guaranteed commission payout for ramp period (first 3 months)
Review from Sales Dept
Uncapped, I get out what I put in to my position.
Review from Sales Dept
I am paid what I should be for the amount of work that I do, and for my tenure in the field. I also am supported to take time as I need it both for sickness/ health and just for rest. We also are fairly supported in our healthcare, retirement funds and life insurance
Review from IT Dept
Stocks option after 4 years
The options packages provide good incentive to go beyond the current role and improve the company.
Review from Customer Success Dept
- Pay is under the market rate - Career path is unclear - Outside of flexibility, benefits are poor - the private health care is very limited
Review from Sales Dept
If Tray wants top talent shoild pay top talent compensation not just average
Review from Product Dept
I am paid ~20% under the market rate for my role, and was paid ~30% less than my male colleague in the same role for over 2 years until I was promoted above him (and still only get about 1% more than him)
Review from Product Dept
I took a significant reduction in pay as I love the product and culture at Tray, but in good faith that as Tray becomes more successful, this will be passed on to employees in the form of more competitive salaries. Currently Tray are paying way below market in my experience.
Review from Customer Success Dept
My salary/the benefits package could be improved, but it's not enough to make me want to leave, and it's more important to me that the people around me/leaders care about the people they work with, which they do very much.
Review from HR Dept
Tray does not pay the highest salaries but they make it up with equity in the company.
