What are some of the best things about your team?They were nice and understanding of things compared to management. We would laugh and Chat together often and rarely had any issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Better pay especially for those who have been there for years. Little to not bonuses even for those who make huge sales, and benefits that were actually worth anything.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Could be better at communicating with their team. They could work on not being condensending with the things they say and being more understanding of the situations their tellers and bankers go through.
