Trilogy Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part is the prompt weekly payment.

Review from Engineering Dept

It is disclosed beforehand instead of an annoying negotiation cycle post-interview

Review from Engineering Dept

I can save them in USD, so I can plan for future activities even when the local currency is not reliable anymore. (Due to the inflation)

Review from Engineering Dept

work from anywhere at any time

Review from Customer Support Dept

Its a good compensation which allows me to do more for myself and my family

Review from Engineering Dept

Weekly payments is a good practice

Review from Engineering Dept

Flat hourly rate, no BS add ons.

Review from Engineering Dept

Salary, but no other compensation(even vacations and sick leave are not paid)

Review from IT Dept

We are paid well and have the flexibility to decide how and what to source in regards to benefits for ourselves - typically there is a real lack of transparency on how much you are paying into your group benefits and how much you actually "benefit" from them, and they are typically mandatory.

Review from Sales Dept

The package is simple and fair. It's only the hourly rate, no extras. All benefits are included in this above average rate so they don't need to do extra work at operations to handle them.

Review from IT Dept

The pay is comparably very high.

Review from Engineering Dept

Being payed in US dollars

Review from Operations Dept

There are no perks or benefits. You get paid a lot, so you're expected to cover everything with the salary, which works fine.

Review from Engineering Dept

above average my local market Paid in USD so it helps against local inflations

Review from Customer Support Dept

Salary is definitely competitive, paid holiday (when I have the time actually to take it), flight ticket to my home country once a year, and medical insurance (even if I don't make use of it)

The hourly pay rate is good.

Review from Finance Dept

The hourly rate is really competitive

Review from Engineering Dept

Getting paid every week really helps in planning financial commitments

Review from IT Dept

No hidden clauses and the freedom to make my own financial decisions.

Flexibility in overtime and days off

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

All kind of bureaucracy, where I have to fill inputs, which nobody will read, use or even be able to understand, make me feel I'm not using my skills, and I am undervalued. Compensation simply needs to be adjusted, because the market of remote work has grown, and I already can find an equal offer.

Review from Engineering Dept

The tracker needs to stop counting time I spend off-keyboard as idle time, and proper linux support for it should be introduced. Also, I'd very much like more challenging work, as the work I do right now is utterly meaningless for me. and is far beneath my qualification.

Review from Engineering Dept

Mass layoffs make me feel insecure. I understand the reasons behind them but I think the company can do more to make them feel valued. $20/hr rate for L1 would certainly be above market as getting the equipment, any paid plans for loom or Grammarly etc is on us.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I believe the rate is not increased in the last 5 years. We need some hike as there is huge inflation in recent years

Review from Customer Support Dept

We need to review the compensations, because in some cases we handle millions of dollars in assets and other people receive better pay that the technical levels with responsability

Review from Engineering Dept

I believe rate were changed 5 years ago and need to revise them

Review from Customer Support Dept

That my performance was evaluated beyond can stay or fired

Review from Finance Dept

Base pay rate is low compared to local region (United States)

Review from Engineering Dept

Access to technical and leadership training, paid holidays, hardware to work from home would be a good perk.

Review from Engineering Dept

The fact that there has been no performance based or inflationary increment in the past three years.

Review from Finance Dept

Better salary, sick leave and PTO

Review from Engineering Dept

Compared to what other companies in the US pay for the same job I do, my company pays lower. Additionally, given that there are no extra benefits (HMO, dental, etc), I believe the pay could be better.

Review from Engineering Dept

If salaries or payout can have increments as per experience or if top performers can have some sort of incentives.

Review from Engineering Dept

If I got a pay raise or a promotion

Review from Customer Support Dept

The pay is not higher than other software companies out there as it is advertised everywhere including crossover
