Review from Customer Support Dept

The opportunity to work with and learn about new tech, tools and processes

Review from Engineering Dept

When I try to perform at my edge. Admittedly it isn't always and depends on how I am feeling. But sharpening that edge is both hard and rewarding.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Implementing the decisions I make on my own and see them live.

Review from Engineering Dept

challenging work, lots to learn every day and assured that I'm fairly compensated.

Review from Engineering Dept

Different challenges and tasks that help me gain more knowledge

Review from IT Dept

The opportunities to learn, there are a lot of opportunities for me to improve myself everyday. I strongly believe that if I work at Trilogy for the next 5 years, I will become a very successful professional.

Challenges are unique each day

Review from Customer Support Dept

Continous work allocated by my manager to me.

Review from Engineering Dept

Talking to coworkers outside of work-related matters. I used to be able to plan work, and I liked that very much, but they took it away (they restricted it company-wide to the level just above mine).

Review from Engineering Dept

Getting things done - making change and improvements happen

Review from Sales Dept

learning more everyday, new challenges

Review from Engineering Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The teams are moving from a model that allowed for collaboration to a factory-based model.

Review from IT Dept

Complete lack of transparency, extreme decision taken without seriously thinking about the repercussions.

Review from Engineering Dept

Stupid experiments that presented as brilliant ideas of executives(no one really brought any improvement). Improvement should be to exchange current "executives" with normal managers

Review from IT Dept

Just me. The hiring process was far too easy, which means I don't have the skills necessary to succeed and will be fired. I'll be back, but I'll study more first.

Review from Engineering Dept

Customers know we're failing, hence why they're leaving. The company is shrinking, and we keep misunderstanding what the problems are so we'll never fix them.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Already given an answer for this

Review from Finance Dept

The job security could be better. Moreover, timings should be much more flexible

Review from Finance Dept

Management needs an attitude change and to start valuing and listening to workers.

Review from Finance Dept

Hire & FIre decision made frequently based on performance and performance matric change every week or two

Review from Customer Support Dept

300 words isn't enough and I haven't formulated a concise fix yet. It's to do with the rigidity of work units and the ability to inspire quality, consistent and repeatable work. Humans are variable and the risk management of the model is not taking account of that.

Review from Engineering Dept

Too much pressure and less visibility. Need better collaboration compared to the rat race, so the people could be willing help each other, higher reusability etc.
