Potential for bonuses tied to performance.
It seems to be fare

Health benefits and PTO are best
Compensation is fair considering the economic landscape.
salary and percentage of 401K matching
It's based on market value - HR takes this very seriously.
The rich benefis are above average.
Generous time off is provided
Meets the needs of my personal needs and family. Retirement program and match are great.
Amazing great fantasyic awesome stuff
I have health insurance but for all their talk about wanting to provide for their employees, they sure don't put any extra effort obtaining better healthcare packages.
We're a not-for-profit organization. Good salary, decent benefits, coverage could improve but benefits start on day 1 of employment. Not many companies offer that.
Low cost to employees and good benefits.
Fair and equitable among colleagues and peers
The education and food allowences
Vision insurance is great! Excellent deals!

Our opinions hold zero weight no matter how many people quit
My expertise and experience, my education, my assignment, my opportunities for advancement.
More effort toward promoting nursing and getting nurses engaged. More shared decision making at the staff nurse and lower leadership levels.
I am undervalued, I think a better raise every year and new management would make things better
I work in the Lab. We get paid the very minimum or even below industry standard. we do as much schooling as nurses and get paid less than 1/2 their pay in some cases here. It leaves people feeling underappreciated and overworked.
Phlebotomy wages are inexplicably less than fast food wages, a single day of tests I draw generates more money than my two week paycheck.
I feel I am underpaid for my years of experience, accolades and my engineering degree.
More than a max of 3% raises
compensating for value, not for title
I am underpaid for what I do.
On average, a nurse with the same education and experience as mine that works at the University of Michigan hospital, earns almost $9.00 an hour more and has a retirement package that blows mine out of the water! In addition, their PT0 (personal time off) is also more generous. Why? Union.
I feel as though pay should be based on job performance.

compared to other hospitals that have the same job as I do and I am significantly under paid and im not compensated with benefits or retirement.
Review from Operations Dept
We don't get paid nearly enough! We are the lowest paid place of our kind in the state.
