Review from Customer Support Dept

The mission and values align with my personal beliefs.

The impact that I know that I have. Work is challenging, working in healthcare is not for the faint of heart but I find it rewarding.

Being thrown unexpected tasks or duties, especially when they do not fall under your job description.

great people and great attitudes

My patients and my co-workers. I have always worked in the field of Oncology. It's not for everyone, but being able to touch the lives of my patients and their families means the world to me. Their trust in us is humbling and their bravery is admirable. I love what I do and am proud to do it.

I like the work I do and the coworkers I work with,

Seeing everybody coming to work prepared

respectful environment with administration that has realistic expectations

Review from Operations Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

STAFFING staffing and staffing, i have already said things that would improve the company. Better staffing, better leadership, dont hire brand new directors right out of school who has never worked a floor in her life.

Simply put, better staffing/ patient to nurse ratios

Everything. Eliminate all upper management and sell the place.

decreased revenue = decreased resources = higher than desired frequency of patient inconvenience.

The building is dirty and run down, while nearby competitors are always building and updating things.

Mostly management and lack of trained workers

Communication is a big problem. The supervisors ignore our issues and ideas to improve our work.

Things could improve if leaders listened to employee feedback and opinions on how to better serve patients and employees.

the stakeholder process is upside down

Upper management needs to get a plan going.

Understaffed, unsafe practices, inconsistent practices and protocols.
