What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Vision, leadership skills, listening, engaging

The leadership team is non existant and there is no support.

Removing their heads from their behinds

Creating efficient processes by listening to colleagues and seeking to understand, having integrity, living the mission, listening to the voice of the customer. Avoid top-down leadership style. Don't assume you know best. Break down siloes and incestuous factions and groups.

Communication and understanding that pay raises and a higher wage is a necessity to retention.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Our opinions hold zero weight no matter how many people quit

My expertise and experience, my education, my assignment, my opportunities for advancement.

More effort toward promoting nursing and getting nurses engaged. More shared decision making at the staff nurse and lower leadership levels.

I am undervalued, I think a better raise every year and new management would make things better

I work in the Lab. We get paid the very minimum or even below industry standard. we do as much schooling as nurses and get paid less than 1/2 their pay in some cases here. It leaves people feeling underappreciated and overworked.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Hire skilled staff as there is virtually no training as people are leaving the organization faster than they can hire people

Hire people skilled in the positions they are being hired for. There is NO training at all as there is nobody left to do it!

We have people that are lazy and underqualified

value, value, value, stop having meetings to say that you are having a meeting

Improve rapport and comraderie among colleagues.

Review from Operations Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Better staffing ratios (step down should not have 6 patients)

People that fit the jobs and better management

develop a coulure where the subject matter experts can do their job, and not answer to a clueless bloated middle management

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Who knows? Probabaly fire the kool-aid drinking HR

Make it shorter and have someone experienced do the interviews

Being more formal and setting expectations without being falsely lead a salary that would be competitive based on previous work experience.

recognizing value, not filling a position with anyone with a interest and a pulse

Less informal, more pertinent to job requirements and qualifications.

Review from Operations Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

STAFFING staffing and staffing, i have already said things that would improve the company. Better staffing, better leadership, dont hire brand new directors right out of school who has never worked a floor in her life.

Simply put, better staffing/ patient to nurse ratios

Everything. Eliminate all upper management and sell the place.

decreased revenue = decreased resources = higher than desired frequency of patient inconvenience.

The building is dirty and run down, while nearby competitors are always building and updating things.
