I already had the job
Immediately hired after first conversation
I was basically offered immediately. I found the reasoning why once I was in training. Most of my coworkers are high school graduates/GED recipients willing to do the job without thinking. It is a very simple job.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
If the the prospective employee has a sit down with a current staff employee.
Tell the truth, offer sales representative who relocated help with relocation, tell the truth about salary and commission

Don't lie to incoming employees saying that they're going to only work 4 days a week and we're going to work all through the winter when you don't
