They just start your day with call for more work! Even on terrible weather days the pace doesn't change
Listen to your workers !! We are the face of the company ! Our happiness should really matter the most. If your guys are happy then the company looks good. If they arent they slack on their job and the customers and the lawns suffer

Trugreen is unfair on the metrics that they go by for performance. How can you count getting a customer service call in inbound thet you can't sell if they want to cancel their service that they already have.

The favoritism is out of control, the terrible management team micromanages and are not good at anything
Better pay, better benefits, and faster training. Do less service calls at no charge, and do more jobs that make money.
