Alot. I feel like the leadership team. Was all chiefs and not enough Indians too many people telling you to do different things and then telling you one thing and then another leadership member telling you don't do it like this do it like that it was crazy
Understanding thier employees are human beings with feelings. They get tired and wore down
I believe that the leader ship is one of the issues. The other issue would be training any and all of your staff. True green basically just has you watch a bunch of videos and expect you to absorb all that information in as little as two days
