We had a lot of hard-working individuals. They were just never appreciate it so I ended up going to another job new people that show up are trained and don't even make it after training.

I have a very interactive and coheasive team

They are drama free and do their work.

We all want to make money and love our boss

All work to make sure we get jobs done

Develop close relationships within small pods

Unity experience and fun culture

They are all supportive and work as a team

Coworkers are normally very helpful.

Good friends that's all, they aren't trained very well so they aren't the very best at this job

Most are young and easy to get along with

Try to push you to hard

Happy outdoors people that are nice

Being in the trenches seeing together how leadership is failing.

We all pretty much have the same idea, and we treat each other with a decent amount of respect as people,

Standards always found urine bottles in trucks food and snotrags poor housekeeping

The commercial crew leaders need to be less greedy on giving away old equipment and learn to get used to new equipment sooner.

Most of the veteran technicians are very knowledgable in their fields. But the company has a ridiculous turnover rate, so the new guys are always being trained, and customers suffer the most.
