Being away from shop and working. I love my job,but that's all I like. Everything is profit driven to the point I got told I couldn't take a day off for Dr Appointment. Had to pay 40 cancelation fee. Boss said oh well.

Customers know that we do not always do quality work, customer service lines makes promises that arent communicated to the branches, salespersons do not adequately explain what services they are selling and what the expectations from the techs are
not providing good quality of service
All these problems derive from the higher up executives decision making process for marketing & production of how things are done, sales & production are both a combination of science & art clearly & no statistics value & B.S. exception to the rule storyline example can justify the avg performance.
Equipement is never fixed and puts us in dangerous conditiosn

Use good chemicals and fertilizer. Keep employees, turn over is very high. They always talk about sales and never service.
We dont train effectively and that is reflected in customer satisfaction

Replace the executive team. Wholesale change and sell it. The culture is so toxic that it's hard for me to imagine that folks are going to be willing to invest multiple years of their lives into seeing this company win.
Trugreen to not show up to do lawns
A local phone number people can call to resolve issues instead of a national number.
Company doesnt follow the program and will over charge or treat yard without allowing customer to acknowledge them or ask questions.
Better pay people are tired of being underpaid in this country
Empliyees need eniugh time tondonthwir jobs correctly so the customers can be made happy
