I really like my colleagues and managers. People are always willing to help when you reach out to them. I can work on projects that interest me, and I never dread coming to work (I work from home, but still).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working together to solve problems, active listening, encouraging quieter people to speak up and louder people to pause during meetings, encouraging feedback from everyone
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is receptive to feedback, even from entry-level or new employees. They are also very supportive of diversity and inclusion efforts.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was given a chance to ask questions, and the people I asked were very honest with their answers. Interviewing on Zoom was easy and well-organized.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We're given a good amount of PTO, and we're expected to use it! Love the fully-paid health/vision/dental insurance for employees. Also the fully-paid pet medical insurance for one of my pets.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super collaborative, and when something goes wrong, we problem-solve and don't point fingers. We have a lot of different people on my team, and I genuinely enjoy working with all of them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love helping my coworkers do their work better and more efficiently, and they always appreciate my efforts even when they don't result in the perfect improvements. I also like getting constructive feedback from folks I work with.
