I love my coworkers and would say this is my favorite thing about Trupanion. I think Trupanion does a great job of hiring friendly, collaborative and empathetic team members.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have been consistently underpaid throughout my time at Trupanion and compensation is not equitable. Trupanion will grant additional RSUs occasionally but it feels like an admission of guilt after reviewing performance and still not increasing salary.
