The folks you meet in the process are friendly and can put you at ease. They'll still ask you thought-provoking interview questions but in a less intimidating way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pet passion permeates everything. The pet-friendly mindset makes an environment where you feel comfortable talking about yourself and life. I think it also helps us not to take everything so seriously, when you're in a meeting and a cat/dog does something funny in the background.
