What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are compassionate and understanding of the complexities in IT/IS

Fire team and hire new people.
Scheduling, hiring, some supervisors lack basic communication skills.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are very good like dental and medical.
Low cost no cost benefits are unheard of in this day and age
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm just another cog in the wheel. They don't care for us

Have meetings, employees dont take it serious
We are fast to assist each other and always available

Remote work and plenty to learn on the fly
