What did you like most about the interview process? They did a pretty good job interviewing looking for ability
What did you like most about the interview process? The interview was great. I don't have any complaints about the interview process. To me, the more difficult part begins after you are hired. Once hired, you have only 30 days to begin online tutoring. Where is the training? Any "training" is unpaid and on your own.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Students are very thankful for the service.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I didn't have co workers other then the mentors.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?There is no team, just self work
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Get rid of tests and recordings. If you don't trust your people to do their job, the problem is you.
