What did you like most about the interview process?
The culture we loved—gone. Now, the platform I helped shape feels unrecognizable. The bird still flies, but it no longer sing
Very open and gives a person to explain their goals
They where looking for a great fit not just a body to fill the position
after an initial screening you got to interview directly with a supervisor from the department youll be in

I wanted to be at my best, my interviewer put me at ease, taking it slow at first. Offered me a cup of tea, take my time thereby allowing me to expound upon my applicable STEM skills.

People are talking with you rather than interviewing you.
Recruiters hiring managers panel no coding for manager
The interviewers (my current teammate) really asked questions that require thinking instead of questions you can pull the answers directly out of leet code. On the contrary, the interview process with Apple was really lame
