  • Top Employee Response

Twitter is a company with great work-life balance... almost too great. It's very easy to "cruise" and do very little. Impact that an individual employee can have is often limited by bureaucracy and politics so "cruising" is common.

  • Amazing - I've never been asked or felt pressure to work overtime, and managers encourage employees to take vacations (which are untracked) and sick time as necessary. Parental leave is 20 weeks.

  • Very good work life balance.
