What is the best part about your compensation package?
Remote work and health care

The bonuses for hitting your goals, i find them to typically be quite easy to hit and it makes for a substantial lump into my nest egg
unlimited PTO, stocks, and salary
high base salary is the best part...the stock is terrible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
twitter pays below minnium wage and they are covering it up

They try and make it fun with tons of gifs and swag.

Very open and gives a person to explain their goals
They where looking for a great fit not just a body to fill the position
after an initial screening you got to interview directly with a supervisor from the department youll be in
The people I interviewed with made me very comfortable during the process.

Yoga pants and the bike storage.
