What is the best part about your compensation package?

The insurance the facilities have are the best

Life insurance and the pay

Annual pay increase they give.

The insurnace for a family of 4 is very good for the price we pay

Review from Operations Dept

Immediate benefits,40 vacation after only 6 months then another 40 after another 6 months then yearly thereafter

Get right paid and great job

Pay is okay. Considering the current econony, pay is right on the verge of living paycheck to paycheck for most. Vacation definitely needs a lot of improvement.

I do not know what the compensation package is

The Health Insurance and other perks.

Review from Operations Dept

Great prices and good benefits

Competitive base salaries and decent bonuses.

The pay is competitive for the area

Insurance medical dental vision and life insurance

Performance bonus and stock purchase options.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leon and bobby knew I had health issues and deliberately put me in an area that would hurt me. I have witnesses who still work there that heard Leon and bobby talk about how to get rid of me. I was also forced on leave with no pay. It's been going on seven years now. Tyson screwed me over.

They need to fire all the HR Manger

Tell or remind employees about their benefits like sick time

compensation could be more competitive

That rehires get the sign on bonus too

They charge me $10 to be a smoker and force me to have their health insurance

I am carrying the responsibilities of three job positions and only receiving pay for one. I feel they looked over that fact when the pay was figured for this position.

I have a protection order on a former significant other. The company will do absolutely nothing to make me feel safe. They allow him to work, they allow him to be next to me even with a court order. I have to call the cops several times a day to "feel" protected because tyson refuses to keep me safe

Review from Operations Dept

To be given what is told to u in the beginning when u start

We need to keep Improving

The person before me got grade 3 pay n I only get grade one

Many differnt things could change.

More days off per week

Lies about everything, low pay, no sign on bonus as advertised

To not be punished for being sick and missing work

Review from Operations Dept

More pay, treated with respect and not harassed, they yell at you to hurry up as you work. I’ve been treated on the work room floo

Understaffed an discrimination of religion

Review from Product Dept

there is so mudh favoritism as the policies have been left open to do so. this causes an unfairness that leaves some feeling undervalued. there is snyde remarks and treatment. and you work for a year to earn a vacation, thenthe world is in crisis, and you forget about it, they take it away from you!

Review from Operations Dept
