Family ownership is driving this company down.
You should know what's wrong by now. I guess the only way to fix it is for the white workers who quit from being mistreated get together on an attorney and let the court decide. Tyson don't care.
I think we could have worked together instead of throwing each under the bus and taking responsibility for the wrong doing

a lot stuff can be improved. the things that needs to be improved are easy but Tyson don't like to spend money but forget to realize sometimes in order to make money you got to spend money

Upper management (production) interferes with maintenance. Stop running 6 days a week. If you dont schedule time for maintenance, your equipment will schedule it for you.
