they need to change it. they were more worried about self survival then team building
They cut my job and put me in a new role with no guidance. Verbal counseling for not doing my job well and two days later gave me an outline for how to do my job. I went to HR and HR was not supportive. Spoke to an attorney and eventually got a nice severance. Supervisor no longer has subordinates
New management and more training for new hires
Having favorites and treat people equally
Leading comunication work lofe balance
Leon and bobby knew I had health issues and deliberately put me in an area that would hurt me. I have witnesses who still work there that heard Leon and bobby talk about how to get rid of me. I was also forced on leave with no pay. It's been going on seven years now. Tyson screwed me over.
They need to fire all the HR Manger
Tell or remind employees about their benefits like sick time
compensation could be more competitive
That rehires get the sign on bonus too
15 min breaks like everyone else in the plant. It would ease tension because some people are so tired they are dangerous & ill tempered.
Accepting amd embracing other cultures and their voices
Both Alcoholism and drug abuse is rampant within the plant coworkers are often drunk or drinking on the job making the workplace chaotic and occasionally hostile with frequent arguments between other workers. Supervisors choose favorites allowing them to get away with going home or not working.
Communication, learning English, learning to be a team player

Stop being yea men and express the importance of actually doing maintenance work
It's still a boys club. They hide behind creating groups like Women of Technology, but don't hire permanent employees at the top. Their men to women ration at the executive level is very lopsided.
Treating their employees with respect
Keep doing all the hood things you do
Communication and respect for others
Hire more US citizens there is a communication and language problem and one of their plants in Jacksonville Florida most employees are immigrants and they do not speak English so basically you have to train yourself when you come in because the employees do not speak English 80% immigrants 10% US

There are bias individuals on the hiring team so to improve I would have corporate do the hiring process or remove them and get new individuals in those positions.
Would help if they still called people instead of a email
There was a lot of things said that they were going to give us and do for us and they haven't done anything they told us
Shorter and friendly interview with less questions
Is that what is important?

Family ownership is driving this company down.
You should know what's wrong by now. I guess the only way to fix it is for the white workers who quit from being mistreated get together on an attorney and let the court decide. Tyson don't care.
I think we could have worked together instead of throwing each under the bus and taking responsibility for the wrong doing
PROTECT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIMS INSTEAD OF TURNING A BLIND EYE
