Communication, Merit Promotion, Salary, New Innovative Ideas, Customer Service between each other, Flexible Work Hours.

Stop committing Nepotism!!!!! They hire their family and friends in positions where other staff members are qualified.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop complaining and have better and effective solutions. Communication and Listening skills need to be used daily.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We do not know how to communicate with each other. We do not know how to listen to each other. We do not know how to talk to each other without insulting or degrading each other.
