I've got a 3 % raise each year since being promoted. Inflation is now 9 %, New hires are coming in with 10k less than me compared to my 5 years of experience

Senior engineers make far more in private sector . Much larger raises and bonuses . I get paid same as engineer with far less experience

Supervisor needs to be held accountable for her actions; supervisor needs to learn how to do all tasks that she is responsible for. She does not know who to do 95% of the work she is responsible for.

We do not know how to communicate with each other. We do not know how to listen to each other. We do not know how to talk to each other without insulting or degrading each other.
