Q&A With U.S. Renal Care Employees

At U.S. Renal Care, we believe that each employee, patient and partner is a part of our larger family. We believe it is important to celebrate our accomplishments, and support one another when an unexpected challenge emerges. For this reason, we have developed the U.S. Renal Care Employee Relief Foundation to allow our employees and physician partners across the county to support their fellow co-workers in their time of need. The mission of the Employee Relief Foundation is to provide additional financial assistance to employees who are experiencing an unexpected personal tragedy or hardship that is outside of their control, and for which there is no insurance coverage or government relief available. The link is public on our site to provide all our physician partners and other associates a way to participate in this program. By selecting to donate on the link below, you can make a secure donation to support your fellow employees in need. Just like families across the country who come together to support each other in times of crisis, we at U.S. Renal Care look forward to doing the same for our family.

Left a job expecting a positive start. Not so. Thought I hired due to my skills. When I displayed those skills was shut down by manager. Manager informed me that the person had to fit her personality. Work experience wasn't a factor. Told that I was doing a good job by management but not on review.
