Listen to concerns and allows team participants
Very kind and care about your needs.
I like the forward thinking and openness of my RVP.
The leadership team is professional and knowledgeable.

The total compensation package is fair.
I truly enjoy my job but i do feel im under paid for the skills, professionalism, and dedication I've brought to my center.
I know I'm not paid my worth. I was too anxious to come aboard, thus taken advantage of. I undervalued myself.
I believe for the work I do for the company my pay can be better
I feel undervlued as an employee because of my age. I am 21, but I have my CCHT. The older employees were rude and acted like I did not know anything and belittled me
Be treated like a human
we work together as a team
My Home team mates in Griffin always display teamwork
I floated so I got to work with team players and those who were not team players!
The patient always comes first.
There is team wirk by most workers.
One person allowed to dominate conversation. The one person, whom I feel, is the weakest link the most negative person on the team.
There were no company meetings. Coworkers need to not "eat their young" and help them to grow and learn more, not ridicule them for little things that aren't done exactly how they want it to be done
Meetings are counterproductive to overall picture but upper management is not aware
no moral at facility. teamwork. infection control. ethics and professionalism
As a whole team works well together. Despite the gossip and back and forth patients are cared for safely. I wish dirty laundry wasn't aired so freely in front of patients.
Some coworkers are supportive ares helpful, management and human resources are not!!
There is a friendly atmosphere all around.
we can laugh and still have fun while at work
Be able to be of service to clients in need
More teamwork and positive attitudes
Leadership should be grounded in reality. I would like to see them achieve the goals they set for us. The goals they set for us help leadership get their own bonuses. We get no bonuses and do all the work.
Support towards upper management. Better training using a Educator
Add personal/social skills to qualifications
attitude and be part of a team
Interviewing with each supervisor was a good way for me to ask different questions about the position i applied for
It was a phone interview!
It was simplified and not overwhellming
Getting acquainted with my future boss
I interviewed with various leaders for the region
I think all companies should do this, They should have references for the company of past employees. All past employees should be asked if they will be a reference to upcoming employees and so they can get a better feel of how the company actually is.
for them to pay more attention to the staff
New employees are not interviewed by the unit...the unit receives employees not capable of performing the job
My patients in the home program
Taking the best care of patients possible.
Making my patients smile everyday.
the care we take in ensuring our patients have a good treatment
The clients and knowing that I make a change in their lives in a good positive way.
the patient to staff ratio is by policy 4:1, I was having to deal with 7 patients to my self with little to no help. This is not only unfair as another staff only had 2 patients, but it is very unsafe.
Technicians are not justly compensated and expected to be on call without compensation
