Trial and error, second guessing and more second-guessing, somewhat demoralizing and confusing, humbling. Initiation process frustrating. I've quit in my spirit several times. Then I feel convicted to keep trying. People will be people no matter where I go and not all are bad. Just tired some days.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I'm not paid my worth. I was too anxious to come aboard, thus taken advantage of. I undervalued myself.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
One person allowed to dominate conversation. The one person, whom I feel, is the weakest link the most negative person on the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a whole team works well together. Despite the gossip and back and forth patients are cared for safely. I wish dirty laundry wasn't aired so freely in front of patients.
