They work you like a robot. no concern for patient safety. NOT a full time job if your looking for a 40 hr per week. make yourself comfortable with at least 36 hours and have to use pto to cover full 40. no holidays. and make sure dont have a life to accomodate the company.

nothing. everyone including the patients need attitude adjustments.

GUEST to employees and show appreciation to employees. Hours of operation and pay. pretty much everythimg needs improvement.
