Super helpful peers and a generally quite supportive atmosphere.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most meetings come without an agenda. Invites pop up in your calendar randomly, without proper descriptions. People's responsibilities overlap. Sometimes someone works on things from your domain. Then it needs lots of communication loops to figure out what happened and how to go from there. Chaos.
