UC San Diego Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part of my compensation package is my health benefits

Get paid on time and the health benefits and pension

Retirement benefits are 100% of salary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary is not competitive. No extra bonus. No salary negotiation

I do feel undervalued because I don't receive much praise from my manager. I help my team with projects, I complete evaluations and classes on time and I feel that with the additional effort that I put in I deserve to receive the max amount of a bonus, not less due to me using valid FMLA.

Knowing the average salary in my field (non-profit and corporate), it is disheartening to know that my salary is about 50% less.
