They cover dependents through their 27th year AND they offer good MH cost and availability.
403b matching and education grants
I have had better benefits but just glad to have coverage
Currently recieve a pension, which has since been grandfathered out several years ago.

The pension and not paying into social security
Our medical is some of the best insurance in the state.

The benefits are great. I don’t think anyone has an issue with th
benefits have changed. Not for the better.
Family health insurance for a reasonable cost.
We have a Pension. Insurance is some of the best.
Time for leave and health care.
Good benefits but very low pay compared to the rest of the country and in fact, other hospitals in the area.
I like the 3% matching and the potential for a raise in the near term is enticing. To be upfront, I know the primary competitor has a higher starting wage, but I believe UCHealth had a better work environment established. I didn't require healthcare and compensations are not my primary motivatons.
Review from Operations Dept
It affordable and easy to access health care
My compensation is very competitive in the market. UCHealth also offers an annual bonus. No one in health care does that anymore.
Healthcare coverage, vision and dental
It's fair and comparable to other competitors.
Competitive pay and exceptional benefits.
The benefits and the pension
The year end bonus we recieve
We are constantly having bonuses and benefits taken away. The amount of middle management compared to people actually doing patient care is appalling
They don't care about fair MARKET increases. They pick and choose what units get the increases and what years. We do not get appropriate raises for the cost of living.
Market analysis. Annual merit increase is a pathetic 3%. better PTO policies.
Not valued, included and trained
I wish pay would've kept up with the cost of housing/land around here. Overall, it's about average for the industry. in the area.
Like ive stated, management does not care. Which, ok i was expecting that, but this is why their is a high turnover rate. You take it until you cant

Staffing ratios are awful, pay is minimal for the amount of work we do. We no longer get a nurse week - it's healthcare appreciation week (even though everyone in the system gets their own week. Their version of "valuing" employees is to tell us repeatedly "thank you for all you do"
Exceptional effort isn't recognized, so mediocrity is encouraged. I can barely afford cost of living in my area, and we are stonewalled to progress within the company. I would feel better about my compensation if I had more coworkers sharing the load.
Getting paid more, or bringing back pandemic pay.
Better pay based on years of related experience, not job title experience.
Given the wealth of UC Health, there's no reason they cant be the highest payer in the area. They would attract bright individuals who would stay there. They see employees as an expendable resource and simply find new employees to fill the vacancies left by the talented, dedi ated people.
The compensation does not reflect the cost of living in Colorado Springs. Although I like work for UCHealth, I may have to leave for a higher paying job since I am the sole provider for my family.

fair compensation, real benefits, actual vacation and sick time, safe staffing
More compensation. I cannot afford to live here
The executives are too satisfied with loosing the entire senior staff members for travelers and new employees, and pay them more money than retaining the loyal staff who have stuck by them throughout the years and the pandemic.
The people who manage our funds are most likely out there to make money for themselves and not the people who they're suppose to be helping. I have made changes to my own funds that outperform theirs by a long way until they decide those funds are to be frozen or eliminated at random.
Yes, for being such a profitable hospital system how come only the top executives are getting huge bonuses when they don’t even deal with Covid patients. The front line clinicians get zero hazardous work pay. All so the higher-ups can keep collecting huge bonuse
We have not stock out equity compensation. Salary OS's latterly determined by department and free off US manure over the 50th%, Som much less.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Safe staffing , a lunch break, retention pay.
Frontline nurses are not paid enough
