The company is obsessed to expand and become the biggest healthcare organization in CO. The fast pace is not favorable to their employees or to their patients.

Obsession in becoming the biggest healthcare system in Colorado. Expanding too fast without consideration to their employees or the patients. How gains from this?

Nurses are constantly undervalued compared to physicians. Nurses week is never recognized, although physicians week is, and that feels like a tangible way to show how little they value their nurses

Executive direction has been to place growth above everything, including staff. We are severely understaffed for the work being demanded and the forecast is to increase and not staff properly.
